Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Grants and Proposal Writer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the NGO/social sector. This role requires extensive grant research, proposal writing, and budget development to secure funding for Go Dharmic’s impactful programs. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple proposals and grant opportunities simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
Develop and write high-quality grant proposals to foundations, CSR programs, and government agencies to secure funding.
Research and identify funding opportunities that align with Go Dharmic’s projects and objectives.
Prepare budgets and detailed project plans in collaboration with program managers to include in proposals.
Manage end-to-end proposal submissions, ensuring all requirements are met.
Fill and submit grant applications, adhering to deadlines and funder guidelines.
Develop and maintain a database of potential donors, grants, and funding organizations.
Prepare donor reports and ensure timely updates on project progress and fund utilization.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather project data, impact metrics, and other required inputs for proposals.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, and budgeting within the NGO/social welfare sector.
Proven success in researching, writing, and securing funding opportunities.
Strong budget development skills and attention to detail.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple grant applications and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and grant management tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
