Role & responsibilities

Total of IT experience 7 years

6+ years of experience in Fusion Oracle HCM cloud implementation or SCM or Finance

Writing approval rules ans configuring DFFs and EFFs, solution designing, POC, Troubleshooting of issues/problems

Strong in Understanding of Data Model and Business Process functionality and it's data flow in Fusion HCM Application.

Experience on Fusion HCM integrations,reporting and Production support Should have experience in Fusion HCM technologies like HCM Data Loader (HDL),HCM extract,Spreadsheet Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) and File Based Load (FBL).

Conversions using HCM data loader and spreadsheet loaders including workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data work relationships data, salary info, workflow approvals etc.
