General Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (12-18 yrs)

Purpose of the position:

To act as a Business Partner; providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.

Essential Area of Expertise:

- Financial modelling

- Budgeting forecasting

- Monthly MIS - budget vs actual

- Costing of the product

- Product profitability analysis

- Competitive analysis

Roles and Responsibility:

- Establish and drive AOP/ Scenario building /Forecasting process in the Organization

- Provide and gather accurate operational information to deliver target and latest forecast processes.

- Drive business KPIs, market share analysis, Sources of Growth and Capacity planning.

- Lead the Monthly / Quarterly (Plan Vs Actual) review process and drive actionable.

- Drive data driven decision Process including Segment-wise business KPIs

- Continuously improve and streamline existing management reporting processes through automated tools and establish organized and structured reporting system

- Provide senior management relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering

- Work on Cost analysis and Unit economics of the products, with Product profitability analysis

- Identify improvement opportunities thru inward and out ward benchmarking/ comparison

Experience:

- 12-18 Years

- Hands on experience on PowerPoint and excel

- SAP & Tally Exposure

Essential areas/ factors/ conditions in which incumbent should have experience

- Financial Modelling with focus on DCF Analysis, NPV and payback period of projects for a growing organization where lot of capex is in progress

- Knowledge of FMCG/ Food industry is must

Essential Qualification

- Chartered Accountant / MBA (Premiere Institutes Only)
