Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Robotics Engineer to design, develop, and optimize robotic systems and automation solutions. The role requires expertise in mechatronics, automation systems, and robotics programming to deliver high-performance systems that meet client and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive advancements in robotics technology.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Development:

1. Design and build robotic systems and automation solutions for various applications.

2. Integrate hardware, software, sensors, and control systems into robotic platforms.

3. Develop mechanical and electrical components for robotic systems in line with project specifications.

Robotics Programming:

1. Program, test, and debug robotic systems using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, or ROS).

2. Implement algorithms for motion control, path planning, and object recognition.

3. Optimize robotic systems for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Automation Systems:

1. Design and implement automated workflows and processes for manufacturing or other industries.

2. Work with PLCs, HMI interfaces, and control systems to develop complete automation solutions.

3. Ensure seamless integration of robotics with existing automation infrastructure.

Mechatronics and Prototyping:

1. Combine mechanical, electronic, and software engineering to create innovative robotic prototypes.

2. Conduct simulations, performance evaluations, and stress testing of systems.

3. Identify and resolve issues in system design and functionality.

Collaboration and Documentation:

1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

2. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.

3. Provide training and support for operators and technicians on the use of robotic systems.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechatronics, including mechanical design, electronics, and control systems.
• Proficiency in robotics programming (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB, ROS, or similar).
• Expertise in automation systems, including PLC programming and HMI development.
• Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and motion control systems.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Familiarity with CAD software for designing mechanical components.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning techniques (preferred).
