Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to lead and optimize manufacturing processes, design efficient workflows, and enhance overall production systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Optimization:

1. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency.

2. Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to maximize operational output.

3. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Process Design and Improvement:

1. Design and develop innovative processes to meet production and quality standards.

2. Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement or redesign.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

Workflow Systems Management:

1. Develop and implement efficient workflow systems to streamline operations and reduce bottlenecks.

2. Monitor and maintain workflow systems to ensure their continued effectiveness and scalability.

3. Utilize technology and automation to optimize processes where feasible.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to management.

3. Track the effectiveness of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments.

Collaboration and Leadership:

1. Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align objectives.

2. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.

3. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation to the organization.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in manufacturing optimization and productivity improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in process design, development, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of workflow systems and operational efficiency tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using tools like AutoCAD, simulation software, ERP systems, and process mapping software.
