Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to lead and execute automation initiatives in our operations. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automation systems, including robotics, control systems, and automation software, to improve efficiency, precision, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in industrial automation technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of robotics and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation System Development:

1. Design and implement automated systems and solutions for industrial processes.

2. Develop and program automation software to meet operational needs.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of automation systems.

Robotics Integration:

1. Design, program, and maintain robotic systems to improve manufacturing processes.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems.

3. Conduct regular performance evaluations of robotic equipment and suggest improvements.

Control Systems Design:

1. Develop and implement advanced control systems to optimize machine operations.

2. Perform system analysis and troubleshooting for control systems, PLCs, and HMI interfaces.

3. Ensure all control systems meet safety and regulatory standards.

Maintenance and Optimization:

1. Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

2. Conduct preventive maintenance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

3. Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.

Project Management:

1. Lead automation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery.

2. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

3. Provide training and support to the operations team on automation systems.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

1. Research emerging technologies in robotics, automation, and control systems.

2. Propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows and processes.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in robotics design, programming, and maintenance.
