Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video and Web Conferencing Specialist with a strong background in Webex, Zoom, and video production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating video and web conferencing tools, ensuring seamless virtual meetings, webinars, and video productions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain conferencing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Conferencing Setup and Management:
• Manage and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and video conferences using Webex, Zoom, and other conferencing tools.
• Set up and configure meeting rooms, user profiles, and permissions for seamless video communication.
• Ensure all conferencing systems (Zoom, Webex) are set up, tested, and functioning for optimal user experience.
2. Video Production:
• Support live video production and content streaming for webinars, training sessions, and corporate events.
• Coordinate with production teams to create high-quality video content, ensuring smooth transitions, audio-visual quality, and seamless delivery.
• Manage video recordings, editing, and post-production activities as needed.
3. Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
• Provide technical support for end-users experiencing issues with Zoom, Webex, or other video conferencing tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, audio, and visual problems in real-time during virtual meetings.
• Work with IT teams to ensure all conferencing systems are updated, secure, and compliant with company standards.
4. Training and User Support:
• Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on how to use Webex, Zoom, and other video conferencing tools effectively.
• Provide one-on-one or group support to ensure that users understand the functionalities and features of the conferencing platforms.
• Prepare user guides and documentation for internal reference.
5. Event Coordination and Management:
• Coordinate virtual events, including scheduling, registration, and attendee management for webinars and meetings.
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure branding and messaging align with company standards during virtual events.
6. Platform Integration and Optimization:
• Integrate conferencing platforms with other business tools and systems (e.g., calendars, CRM).
• Monitor usage and performance of Webex, Zoom, and other tools to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Regularly review platform features and updates, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Webex and Zoom: Strong experience with managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Webex and Zoom for virtual meetings and webinars.
• Video Production: Experience in live streaming, recording, and editing video content for webinars and virtual events.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Expertise in resolving technical issues related to video and audio connectivity in real-time.
• Event Coordination: Ability to manage virtual event logistics, including scheduling, user registration, and event support.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating guides, conducting training, and assisting end-users.
• Platform Integration: Familiarity with integrating conferencing platforms with other business tools (calendars, CRM, etc.).
• Customer Support: Strong ability to provide support to users, ensuring a smooth and efficient virtual meeting experience.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events or meetings without compromising quality or deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communication, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in video conferencing, virtual event coordination, and video production.
• Proficiency with Webex, Zoom, and other video conferencing tools.
• Hands-on experience with live video production, including streaming, recording, and editing.
• Familiarity with video production software and hardware (e.g., OBS, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical support for video conferencing issues.
• Experience in training and guiding users on video conferencing platforms.
