Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic IT/Artificial Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve real-world problems. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and play a vital role in creating innovative solutions using Azure, Python, Tensor Flow, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

À Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business and technical challenges.

À Pre-process and analyse structured and unstructured data to extract insights and enable model training.

À Implement and optimize neural networks and deep learning architectures for various use cases.

À Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide AI/ML-based solutions.

À Use Azure tools and services for building, training, and deploying machine learning models.

À Continuously monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models and AI systems.

À Research and experiment with the latest AI/ML tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance existing solutions.

À Document workflows, processes, and technical details for seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

À Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

À 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems.

À Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

À Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and their applications.

À Experience with Azure Machine Learning Studio or other cloud-based AI/ML platforms.

À Familiarity with data pre-processing techniques and tools.

À Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

À Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

À Master’s degree in a relevant field.

À Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

À Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
