Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform space planning and conceptualize creative design solutions based on client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Create 3D models and visualizations to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being executed as intended.
• Participate in site visits and assessments to ensure quality and accuracy in execution.
• Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to solve design challenges and ensure successful project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent space planning, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the construction process and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Certification in architecture or other relevant qualifications.
• Familiarity with additional design software such as Sketch Up, Rhino, or BIM tools.
