Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager with over 9 years of expertise in IT Management, IT Strategy, Team Leadership, and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will drive technology initiatives, align IT strategies with business goals, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Management

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth functioning of all systems and processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor IT budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

1. IT Strategy

• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate current IT systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support professional development.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the IT team and other departments.

1. Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes or improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of hardware, software, and services.

1. Project Management

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technology solutions.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 9+ years in IT Management, Strategy, and Leadership.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or related IT management disciplines.
• Experience in aligning IT strategy with business goals in a corporate environment.
