Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead and facilitate agile teams in delivering innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Scrum practices, sprint planning, and implementing agile frameworks to drive efficient, high-quality project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to align team efforts with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Software Development:

• Lead and manage agile software development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Promote agile best practices across the team to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Scrum Management:
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Ensure that the Scrum process is followed and resolve any impediments faced by the team.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring effective communication and accountability.
• Sprint Planning:
• Oversee sprint planning sessions, defining sprint goals and priorities.
• Work closely with product owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
• Track and report sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables
• Agile Frameworks Implementation:
• Implement and adapt agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Safe based on project requirements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile methodologies and principles.
• Continuously refine and improve agile practices to enhance team performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Facilitate transparent communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and risks.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a culture of open dialogue and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in agile software development and project management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
