Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for developing workflows, customizing modules like ITSM and ITOM, and integrating the platform with third-party systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in ServiceNow, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Development and Customization:
• Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements.
• Customize workflows, Service Catalogs, and user interfaces using scripting (JavaScript) and configuration tools.
• Develop custom applications and troubleshoot issues related to client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
2. Implementation and Platform Management:
• Lead or contribute to the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Manage platform upgrades, performance optimization, and system stability.
• Analyze and resolve system issues to maintain optimal platform performance.
3. Integration and Automation:
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Build automation workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for data security and system integrity during integration.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical advice, solutions, and support for ServiceNow implementations.
• Deliver training and technical documentation to ensure smooth user adoption and knowledge transfer.
5. Agile Delivery:
• Participate in Agile development cycles, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers to estimate effort and track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and UI customization.
• Experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems and setting up MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices, ITIL processes, and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and handle multiple priorities.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
