Job Summary:

• We are seeking a seasoned and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms. Leveraging technologies like AWS, Python, and TensorFlow, you will work on solving real-world challenges using cutting-edge AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Learning Model Development:

• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow.
• Train, optimize, and fine-tune neural networks for high performance and accuracy.

2. AI Algorithm Development:

• Design and implement AI algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and scalability.

3. Cloud Integration with AWS:

• Create and manage scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS Cloud.
• Optimize the use of AWS resources for model training, deployment, and maintenance.

4. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and solve critical business problems using AI/ML.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

5. Data Management and Analysis:

• Process and manage large datasets, applying advanced pre-processing and feature engineering techniques.
• Use AWS-based tools for efficient data analysis and deployment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Python programming and proficient with TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and their applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services for AI/ML development and deployment.

Experience:

• 5 to 9 years of professional experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Proven track record of solving real-world problems using advanced AI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience in applying AI/ML solutions in domains such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in additional frameworks like PyTorch.
• Certifications in AI/ML or AWS Cloud services.
