Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms, leveraging technologies like AWS, Python, and TensorFlow. You will play a key role in using deep learning techniques to address real-world challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Learning Model Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow.
• Train and optimize neural networks for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

2. AI Algorithm Development:

• Build and refine AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure robustness.

3. Cloud Integration with AWS:

• Develop scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS Cloud.
• Manage and optimize AWS resources for training, deployment, and maintenance.

4. Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Research and incorporate the latest advancements in AI/ML to enhance project outcomes.

5. Data Management:

• Process and manage large datasets using advanced preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Use AWS tools to effectively analyze and deploy data-driven models.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Neural Networks and Deep Learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services for AI/ML development.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Real-world application of AI/ML in industries like healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with additional frameworks like PyTorch.
• Certification in AI/ML or AWS Cloud technologies.
