Assistant Manager / Engineer - Valuation

Responsibilities:
Valuation Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies, businesses, and assets.
Apply various valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis (PTA).
Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and economic factors to assess valuation implications.
Report Writing:
Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured valuation reports, detailing findings, assumptions, and conclusions.
Present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
Client Interaction:
Interact with clients to understand their specific valuation needs and expectations.
Respond to client queries and provide timely updates on project progress.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
