Proven work experience as HR generalist
Must have good knowledge and experience in payroll, performance management and appraisal, attendance, employee grievance, exit interview etc.
Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
Handling employee engagement.
Oversee the attendance and leave management system. Good knowledge of employment / labor laws Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Assist in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Filling EPF and ESIC returns on a monthly basis. Must have an IT experience
