Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Product to lead the product management and development efforts for our HRMS/HCM ERP products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape and a proven track record in product development, market research, and strategic planning. This role is critical in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management & Development: Lead the product management function, focusing on HRMS/HCM ERP products. Drive the development of product roadmaps by identifying market gaps and opportunities, aligning them with our product offerings.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to generate product requirements and specifications that align with business goals.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute time-integrated plans for product introduction, including determining specifications, production timetables, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.
- Customer & Market Needs Identification: Collaborate closely with customers and market stakeholders to understand their needs and desires. Specify the necessary research to obtain relevant market information that drives product development.
Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of experience in product management and development, specifically in HRMS/HCM ERP products.
- Strong background in market research, strategic planning, and execution.
- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and launch successful products in the market.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
