Business Analyst

1. Understand client's business processes and configure the HRMS module for their needs
2. Recommend best people practices aligned with client business needs
3. Assist the product implementation team during the implementation process in coordination with the client teams to ensure successful 'go-live'(at the customer site if required)
4. Support clients to resolve queries, as and when required
5. Testing and developing new enhancements for the HRMS module and coordinating with the development team
6. Analyze user cases and translate them into epics and user stories.
7. Query data as needed to support analysis.
8. Stay updated with advancements in AI and demonstrate experience in AI-related projects.
9. Validate business requirements and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
10. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
11. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
12. Performing requirements analysis and documentation.
13. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
14. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
15. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
16. Own relationships with business stakeholders and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
