General Manager - IoT and Industrial Automation

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Manager/General Manager to spearhead the growth and success of our IoT and Industrial Automation division.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in delivering impactful solutions within the industrial automation landscape, particularly within the oil and gas and retail fuelling industries.
This role demands a deep understanding of emerging technologies, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Perform time studies, workflow analysis, and process evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions.
Lead capacity planning, line balancing, and factory layout optimization to support production goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the IoT and Industrial Automation division, aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the target industries, focusing on high-growth segments and value-added solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively addressing their evolving needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
