Assistant Manager Social Media

Role & responsibilities =

• Implementation of digital marketing and social media initiatives to engage customers.
• Content creation and ideation
• Manage end to end (conceptualization, planning, execution, optimize) annual social media marketing campaigns through organic and paid strategies.
• Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, and in-depth knowledge of social content (Copy, design, videos, reels etc.), paid marketing and influencer marketing.
• Copywriting, reviewing and updating content for the website and social media platforms.
• Collaborative mindset while working with various cross-functional teams such as business, internal marketing, media relations, internal communications, agencies, member services, external business, and partners to drive a series of social media initiatives/campaigns.
• Monitor social media metrics and suggest new ways to promote brand offerings and to engage with the consumers
• Remain updated with current and emerging social media trends and incorporate it into content strategy
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences behaviors.
• Select appealing images and videos to complement text.
• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
• Work on customer acquisition and retention strategies to build a loyal customer base.

Preferred candidate profile =

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing and social media.
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook/ Instagram).
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong execution skills and knowledge of Microsoft power point.
• Fluency in written/spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to work independently.
• Able to multi-task and pay meticulous attention to details.
• Process oriented/ driven, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
