Associate Manager - Metering

JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities KPI 1. Conduct end-to-end inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for smart meters, cables, RF devices, SMC boxes, meter seals, and current transformers.
2. Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with Discom (Distribution Company) officers to ensure seamless inspection processes and address any issues that arise during testing.
4. Document test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
5.Oversee the installation and commissioning processes, ensuring that all devices meet the required standards before deployment.
6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve any discrepancies found during testing.
7. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the testing and inspection processes.
8. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
9. Ensuring the material delivery at site and co-ordinating with vendors and DISCOMs.
10. Accountable for FAT Offer, Conducting FAT at site, DI to vendors after MICC from DISCOM, delivery of material at site
