Accountabilities KPIs Parking Management: Gaining an overall business understanding of Parking business and leading operations for overall vertical growth through Business Partner Management, Effective use of Business Analytics Insights, Driving consumer experience and Operational Excellence, Implementation of New Initiatives. Manage OM Partner. Targets vs Actuals: Penetration, ATV, SPP, SPSM, IPSM, IPP Team Development: Training and Leading the Operations Team. Designing policies to align with overall strategy on setting deploying required department SOPs for appropriate service deliveries. Training planner Customer Feedback Contract Management: Managing contracts relations with contractors, vendors, partners and users to understand overall service delivery and experience Concession Management: Maximize Revenue contribution by parking category and brand through an aligned and collaborative approach with business partners (AOP setting, partner business reviews and support, industry and category benchmarking, sub-category level business performance analysis, strategic initiatives rollout and execution, audits, departmental risk management pertaining to specified accounts, etc. Concessionaire Satisfaction Index: Target v/s Actual Airport Survey Quality Index/ Skytax rating: Target v/s Actual Occupancy % Compliances Management Food quality/ hygiene/ No. of complaints Adherence of LA terms conditions Revenue Leakage Control: Monitor Control Revenue Leakage at Parking/ business. Audit Reports Implement standardized systems and processes to improve efficiencies and enhance customer experience Implement standardized system and processes to improve operating efficiency, with respect to account management, payments and invoicing, compliances etc. Work in collaboration with the operations other internal departments towards development of systems and processes to improve the overall customer experience Percentage retention of existing accounts Revenue targets planned vs. achieved DSO Internal audit compliances ASQ ratings/ Skytrax rating

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
12-15 years of experience with at least 5 year s experience in Facility Management, FB Operations, Hotels, Lounges with brands/ operators at Regional/ National level.
Experience of working in Airport environment in services/ parking vertical will be an added advantage.
