Job Title: Manager - Civil- (LF- Grade)
JOB PURPOSE
Design review and execution of Civil & structural works for construction of Terminal Building while adhering to
safety & quality standards within specified time and cost.
To assist in execution and construction of projects as Manager- Construction". Role includes having control
and supervision of all the construction activities, mainly façade works referring drawing issues, coordinate
with all Contractors/ Consultants/ PMC at site, Assisting in preparing MIS, monthly schedule, , checking the
layout and ensuring un- interrupted progress of work with good quality & Safety including necessary
coordination with in-house team.
ORGANISATION CHART
This position reports to GM Building
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assisting Project In-charge in Over-all Supervision of Works including Civil, Façade Works & coordinating with
MEP services, Checking of GFC’s for any ambiguity and building survey/ layout works.
1. Assisting various contractors in in executing the works strictly as per drawings, SOP and methodology.
2. Checking GFC's and shop drawings for any ambiguity.
3. Checking Demarcation of building, layouts of various components of building as per drgs.
4. Checking columns/ beams/slabs etc. and approving check cards.
5. Checking BBS, Reinf. and shuttering etc.
Quality Supervision:
Material & workmanship supervision with regards to Façade works. Shuttering and Staging works.
Documentation/ data keeping
1. Checking quality of work as per quality plan and tender specifications.
2. Witnessing the quality tests as per IS codes/ Specification.
3. Having shuttering and staging scheme for all the works duly approved by structural consultant.
4. Issuing NCR's for non-conformity works if any, Keeping all the records.
5. Strict implementation and checking of shuttering and staging works at site as per approved scheme.
6. Issuing NCR's for non-conformity works if any, Keeping all the records.

Job Role: As a Construction Manager of SAM Project ( Gateway District)
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
To assist in successful delivery of the project, need to interact with all the stakeholders at his level.

1. SAM Project: 350 Cr.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
•To handle team of 2-4 engineers •Managing Multiple Vendors and their staff
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B. Tech (Civil). Construction management Diploma from NICMAR or equivalent will be added advantage.
▪ Other Skills- Basic Knowledge of MSP and Auto CAD, Report preparation, PPT etc.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
12 ~ 15 years in façade works and interior in Commercial office/ ITES Building/ Real Estate/ High end finish retail
etc.
