Are you a skilled Spanish & English speaker with a strong background in Sales & customer support? We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team that requires excellent Spanish language skills.

Job Description:

As a Spanish and English telecaller, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our organization's inbound and outbound sales and customer support. Your primary role will involve handling outbound calls to get the sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients in Spanish and English.
• Promote and sell company products/services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the companys offerings and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle objections professionally.
• Strong persuasive skills and a sales-driven mindset.
