Production Manager

Required Qualification: Textile Engineer / MBA

Key Skills:

• Understanding of the Features, Designs & Component of Fashion.

• Knowledge of Manufacturing & Management Process.

• Have Customer Oriented Approach to Work Activities.

• Must Ensure that Production Operates Smoothly.

• Cut to Pack GARMENT Production Planning and control. - Planning of the garments Production, Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring, WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge

• Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing. Responsible for Production Meeting, Waste control, Schedule all Style to be cut,Sewn, Finished as per frame on time.

• Honest & Hard working - Daily Basis Follow up of the Process. Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production, Planning, Quality.

• Reporting to MD of the Factory Daily Production. Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.

• Supervision of all Production Process in the factory. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing.

• Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing

• Quality of the finished product: He ensures that the factory produces quality product at minimum alteration and repair cost. He ensures that only quality goods are shipped to the buyers.
