Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of a dynamic software development project within a microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of React frontend developers, Node.js backend developers, and PostgreSQL database developers. This role involves technical oversight, team coordination, project management, and ensuring high-quality code delivery while maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning, requirement gathering, design, and development to deployment and support.
• Develop project plans, allocate tasks, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage a team of front-end, back-end, and database developers, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Act as a mentor for team members, offering technical guidance and career development advice.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide technical leadership in developing and optimizing scalable, reliable, and secure applications within a microservices environment.
• Ensure the development of reusable, efficient, and maintainable code in alignment with coding standards and best practices.
• Review system architecture, design patterns, and solutions to meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals and manage customer expectations.
• Quality Assurance & Release Management:
• Ensure timely testing and deployment of features, patches, and hotfixes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor production systems and oversee post-deployment support activities.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices across Agile development, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and serverless computing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and DevOps best practices.
• Project Management Skills:
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum development teams and working with sprint-based deliveries.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Leadership and Communication:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an ability to address performance and scalability issues.

Must to Have:

• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience working in high-availability distributed systems
• Exposure to Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
