PLM Design & Implementation Engineer (5-9 yrs)

Role : PLM Design and Implementation Engineer.

Experience : 5-9Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Notice period : Immediate to 60Days.

Must Have Skills : TcRA Cube Definition, TcRA 3 User Interface, Teamcenter.

Job Description :

- Hands-on Experience with TcRA Cube definition, Multiple level MLV implementation, Report/Dashboard design.

- Hands-on Experience in using TcRA 3 User interfaces namely Build N Play, Admin Console and Portal.

- Having good understanding of Teamcenter Custom Data Model and database schema.

- Hands-on Knowledge of various TC Modules and their backend data structure (Change Management, Schedule, Program Planning, Workflows, BOMs, Multi-BOM, MPP, Product Configurator, etc.

- Hands-on Knowledge about various relationship and data traversal approach in Teamcenter.

- Hands-on Knowledge about how data stored in TC Database and SQL query.

- Sound understanding of Teamcenter & AWC latest architecture; TcRA Integration with AWC/RAC.

- Good Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills.

- PLM document templates and its attributes mapping to/from data model through logical objects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex TcRA Cubes for data analysis and reporting. Define and implement multi-level MLV (Multi-Level View) configurations for effective data visualization.

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using TcRA tools.

- Gain hands-on experience with TcRA 3 User Interfaces, including : Build N Play : Develop and test interactive data visualizations and reports.

- Admin Console : Manage user permissions, data sources, and system configurations.

- Portal : Design and implement user-friendly portals for data access and analysis.

- In-depth understanding of Teamcenter Custom Data Model and database schema.

- Proven experience in working with various TC Modules, including : Change Management Schedule & Program Planning Workflows BOMs (Bill of Materials) - including Multi-BOM MPP (Manufacturing Process Planning)

- Product Configurator Strong knowledge of data relationships and traversal techniques within Teamcenter.

- Expertise in understanding how data is stored in the TC Database and writing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
