About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Release Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and maintenance activities. You will collaborate closely with release management teams, developers, administrators, and other senior IT professionals to ensure smooth and timely releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the entire Salesforce release lifecycle, from initial planning and scheduling to deployment and post-release support.

- Develop and maintain robust release plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation planning for each release.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of releases.

- Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Manage release communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the release cycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve release-related issues promptly and effectively.

- Monitor and analyze release performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce release management best practices and technologies.

- Maintain a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in the release management process.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the release management team.

Required Skills :

- 7-9 years of experience in Salesforce Release Management.

- Proven expertise in using Copado or other Salesforce release management tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Agile mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality releases.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Release Management, Platform App Builder).
