About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kinaxis Solution Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation and support of Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in all phases of the Kinaxis implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response, including configuration, authoring, and best practices.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in supply chain planning.

- Configure and customize Kinaxis Rapid Response to meet specific client needs, including developing workbooks, reports, and dashboards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations.

- Provide training and ongoing support to clients on the use of Kinaxis Rapid Response.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in supply chain planning and Kinaxis Rapid Response.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Kinaxis implementations.
