Job Description
As an Application Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and configuring applications while acting as the primary point of contact. You will lead a team, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery by solving complex problems and making critical decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure performance excellence.
- Make key decisions and provide solutions to challenges for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications.
- Oversee project delivery and manage team performance.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Practical knowledge of implementing machine learning algorithms.
- Expertise in data munging techniques like data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to maintain data quality and integrity.
