Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, industry events, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Prospecting & Relationship Building:
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Understand customer needs and pain points and effectively communicate how our products/services can address them.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Handle customer objections and questions professionally and persuasively.
Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Successfully onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
