Node.js Developer - Backend Architecture (3-4 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications, working with databases, and integrating APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs.

- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).

- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to integrate APIs.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.

- Implement unit testing and integration testing for robustness.

- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in Node.js.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and backend development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.

- Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, or Fastify.

- Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (preferred).

- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
