We are looking for a skilled Community and Social Media Manager with a strong background in Web3 to lead our social and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in Web3, community moderation, and social media strategy. They will play a key role in building a welcoming, active, and engaged community across multiple platforms, promoting user growth, and enhancing brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Moderate Community Channels: Actively manage and moderate community platforms including Discord, Telegram, and X handle to foster an inclusive and respectful environment. Monitor and address user feedback and ensure community guidelines are adhered to.
2. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a content calendar for Power Browsers social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and others), focusing on community engagement, Web3 education, and feature highlights.
3. User Engagement: Engage with community members to answer queries, provide updates, and facilitate discussions. Respond to comments, direct messages, and queries promptly to build a strong community presence.
4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns such as AMAs, giveaways, and community events to drive growth and boost engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign themes with product features and updates.
5. Social Media Growth: Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach across all platforms. Monitor social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
6. Voice of Customer (VoC): Capture user feedback, issues, and trends in the community, providing insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance user experience and align product development with customer needs.
7. Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and engage relevant Web3 influencers and partners to expand Power Browser’s reach within the Web3 space.
Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a community manager or social media manager, specifically within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space.
2. Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and other decentralized applications. Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and trends is essential.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and concise messages for community and social media channels.
4. Problem Solving: Ability to manage and defuse potential conflicts within the community while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
5. Creativity: Strong creative skills with a knack for engaging content creation that resonates with a Web3-savvy audience.
