HR Business Partner - FMCG (7-14 yrs)

- Ensuring all the policies, manuals and systems are in place as per the legal requirements.

- Ensure Statutory compliances requirements of all three plants

- Conducting Internal Domestic Inquiries

- Keep Monitoring on incident verification/employee backgrounds to keep plant safe to avoid any risk hiring that can harm the reputation of the organization

- Workforce Planning and rationalization for Complex

- Ensure Planned Vs budgeted Workforce in terms of quality & numbers
