what do we expect from you:

• Design and Develop RPA Solutions: Create and implement end-to-end RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Python Scripting: Utilize Python for custom scripts, data manipulation, and handling complex automation scenarios that RPA tools alone cannot solve.
• Process Analysis: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and understand requirements.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code for reliability and performance.
• Integration: Ensure RPA bots integrate smoothly with existing systems and databases.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, process design documents, and troubleshooting guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest RPA and Python developments and suggest improvements to existing processes.
