SaaS MDM Consultant - Informatica/Power Center (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and/or participate in all phases of the MDM implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize SaaS MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, SAP MDM, IBM MDM) to meet client requirements.

- Develop and execute data migration plans and strategies.

- Conduct data quality assessments and develop data quality rules.

- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.

- Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on MDM concepts, tools, and best practices.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Manage client expectations and proactively address any issues or concerns.

- Communicate project progress and status to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure client satisfaction with the MDM implementation.

- Design and document MDM solutions that meet client business requirements and align with best practices.

- Develop data models and workflows for MDM implementations.

- Advise clients on MDM best practices and strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Research and evaluate new MDM technologies and tools.

- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and best practices for MDM implementations.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting MDM solutions, preferably with experience in SaaS MDM platforms.

Skills:

Essential:

- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.

- Experience with one or more SaaS MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, SAP MDM, IBM MDM).

- Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data integration concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Desirable :

- Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies.

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend).

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, SQL).
