Job Description
- Create Data Visualizations, Analytics, and KPIs within Power BI.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data models tailored to HR analytics and reporting needs.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integrity across HR systems.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL and/or MS Excel to explore and analyse large HR datasets.
- Collaborate with the global HR analytics team to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all HR data models and pipelines.
- Continuously optimize and improve HR data models and processes for better performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in a Technical Domain (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on HR analytics preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Data Modelling, Data pipeline development, Power BI, SQL, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in HR analytics or related fields.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
- Experience working with global teams in a collaborative environment.
