Job Description

We have an opening for Travel Sales Executive/ Sr. Executive for Domestic Tour packages, as we would be dealing with clients by email writing and phone. We are looking for a Travel Agent, who will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers/vendors. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

The candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasing personality to work for travel Sales & co-ordination with clients, maintain status.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Good knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation

2. Expert in handling Customer query Online and offline and converting them to be repeat customer by providing best customer experience.

3. Good sense of responsibility, commitment and dedication.

4. knowledge of destinations and can handle tough situations is advantage for us.

5. Coordinating with the operations team

6. A motivated individual who is a quick thinker and can handle tough situations

7. Can Negotiate with Hotel & Transport bookings vendors

8. Well versed in various areas of travel especially in wildlife tourism is more advantageous to us.

9. Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints.

10. Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors

11. Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
