• Training Material Development.

• Roles and Responsibilities • Perform Training Needs Analysis
• (TNA) for end users to identify training
• requirements and gaps.
• • Support the development and
• deployment of end user training content
• based on the specified Product Training
• Framework.
• • Coordinate content delivery for training
• development with the Project Team (key
• users) and Solution Partner.
• • Act as LEAD Author / On-site
• Coordinator to collaborate with the SAP
• Enable Now Author Pool India (HUB
• India).
• • Collaborate effectively with internal and
• external cross-functional groups to ensure
• seamless training development and
• delivery.
• • Ensure alignment of training activities with
• the specified program framework to
• provide a consistent user experience.
