Job Description
- Manage Workflow of third party suppliers/resources
- Manage non-standard workflow queries by interacting across a Matrix Organization
- Prepare and Present Analytic metrics reports routinely to leadership
- Compare current and historical trends in workflow
- Allocation of appropriate contracting resources
- Delivering resourcing solutions by optimizing resources more effectively
- Engage with IT to ensure Service Request Systems operate properly
- Interact Daily with Contract Managers, Sr. Leadership, and other cross matrix Third Party Resource (TPR) Teams regarding workload and metrics updates
- Bachelor s Degree.
- Proven experience leveraging procurement analytics/data outputs to generate reports.
- More than 2 years of experience in project management and business operations.
- Advanced Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, or Business Operations
- Ability to multi-task across various requests daily and work independently
- Ability to engage senior leadership with limited direction
- Operating at pace and agile decision-making - using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigour and risk.
- Committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on what matters, execution.
