Inside Sales Manager ( BDM )

Responsibilities:
Manage the International inside sales representatives' team.
Set and track Inside sales targets for your team.
Suggest and implement improvements in the Inside sales administration process.
Coordinate with different departments and Territorial Sales Managers to meet deadlines.
Report on sales metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly and suggest improvements, if required.
Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
Research and Client methods to increase Prospect engagement and conversions.
Ensure the Data Quality and Privacy compliances are met while Inside sales representatives approach different geographies.
Build an open-communication environment for your team.
Liaise with Marketing and Services departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (ZOHO CRM will be a plus) and Microsoft Office platforms.
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
