BI Maintenance Consultant

Responsibilities

As a BI Maintenance Consultant, you will operate as part of the BI Corp Team and will handle the following actions:

Analyze and qualify different types of Jira tickets (Support, change requests) as first point of contact

Understand business units needs and be able to challenge them and translate needs into BI solution

Support the Business in the understanding of in-house BI solution

Analyze technical Talend workflows (Jobs, Execution plans) and monitor executions

Perform SQL and DAX scripting

Perform changes within Power BI (Desktop & Service)

Communicate with the stakeholders

Skills

Autonomous in the communication with the business and development teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience of more than 10 years in BI

Strong knowledge of BI solutions and technologies (Talend, SQL, Power BI, DAX)

Rigorous and disciplined in the follow up of support tickets

Able to quickly respond to rapidly changing business environment

Familiar with Agile development Context

International Hard skills

10 years min of experience

English mandatory

Power BI and SQL mastery

Strong knowledge of Talend DI and Talend Administration Center (TAC)

Strong knowledge of BI Soft skills

Autonomy, Rigor, Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, respect of the hierarchy
