ServiceNow developer

Primary skills for both are service now SAM/HAM modules, CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Implementing, ITOM.
Secondary are scripting in HTML, JS, webservices in ServiceNow.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in SAM/HAM (Software Asset Management) lifecycle is a must.
• Experience of Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
• Good Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM/SAM/HAM module
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
• Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
• Understand full application lifecycle

ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS - ITSM/Discovery
