• We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with expertise in LoadRunner and Dynatrace to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and monitoring, with a focus on identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in complex software systems
• This role will involve working closely with development teams to design and execute performance test scenarios, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to simulate real-world user scenarios and load conditions
• Conduct performance testing on various layers of the application stack, including web servers, application servers, and databases
• Analyze performance test results to identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other performance issues
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, including code optimization and configuration changes
• Utilize Dynatrace monitoring tools to continuously monitor application performance in production environments
• Develop custom dashboards and reports in Dynatrace to track key performance metrics and trends
• Provide recommendations for improving application performance based on performance test results and monitoring data
• Participate in capacity planning and scalability testing to ensure that applications can handle expected load growth
• Document performance test plans, test cases, and results in a clear and concise manner
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and monitoring tools
