Key Responsibilities .
Site Monitoring and Coordination:

• Assist in overseeing the daily MEP work on-site, ensuring the work is carried out as per the approved design and schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure proper execution of MEP systems installation.
• Address any site issues related to MEP systems, helping find timely solutions to prevent delays.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of all MEP-related activities, including site progress, material usage, and any changes or deviations.
• Prepare progress reports for MEP works, highlighting issues, delays, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing MEP documentation (drawings, reports, change orders, etc.) for smooth execution and handover.

Key Skills/Abilities Key Requirements:

• Experience:
• Exposure to MEP systems.
• Fire protection system.
• Plumbing.
