Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets in India. Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage existing accounts. Represent GMCG India in industry events, conferences, and meetings. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using GMCGs expertise. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Qualifications: Ideally a Master Mariner or equivalent maritime industry knowledge. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development and sales within the maritime, offshore, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Pleasant personality with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
