Quality Assurance Analyst

Manage and perform all tasks related to QA, training, documentation, and implementation.

Manage development teams time by prioritizing tasks and planning product releases to meet project milestones.

Reviewing software design, requirement, and test plan documents to understand product functionality and to develop test cases, strategies, and scripts.

Working closely with the installation team, software developers, and other QA department members to creating manual system/regression scripts.

Testing functionality of software, verifying data and results returned.

Reporting results to team lead and proactively working to resolve any issues.

Competencies And Skills. Bachelors degree preferred.

Must have a good understanding of the test development life cycle.

Experience in designing manual test scripts.

Automated testing experience a plus.

Experience with database and web-based environments a plus.

Must have strong organization skills and demonstrate necessary commitment to meet testing deadlines.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical associates.

Must be willing to learn new skills and improve upon current skills as required for testing.

Knowledge of financial processes a plus.
