- Fire Safety Systems Management:

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of fire detection and suppression systems, including alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
- Ensure regular inspection and testing of fire safety equipment across all school campuses.
- Maintain records of fire safety drills, inspections, and any incidents.
- Greenfield Project Involvement:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate fire safety measures into new school buildings (greenfield projects) from the planning stage.
- Provide technical expertise on fire safety system installations, ensuring they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Fire Safety Training and Drills:

- Develop and implement fire safety training programs for school staff and students.
- Organize and oversee regular fire drills to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.
- Act as a key resource for emergency response planning and execution.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

- Conduct regular fire risk assessments across all school campuses to identify potential hazards.
- Propose and implement corrective actions to mitigate fire risks in collaboration with the school management team.
- Project Management:

- Lead and manage fire safety-related projects across the school group, including system upgrades and installations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all fire safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the facilities management team, contractors, and external vendors to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of fire safety measures.
- Keep the management informed on fire safety performance and report on safety incidents.
- Bachelors degree in Fire Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in educational or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of local Indian fire safety laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in handling fire safety for greenfield projects, including system installation and regulatory compliance.
- Technical expertise in fire detection and suppression systems, emergency evacuation plans, and fire safety protocols.
- Project management experience, with the ability to oversee large-scale fire safety implementations.
- Certification in fire safety management or equivalent will be an added advantage
