In this connection we are seeking a talented Automation Specialist for Inventory to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: The Inventory Module Automation Specialist will be responsible for automating and optimizing inventory management processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain automated inventory systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Implementation: Design, develop, and implement automated inventory management solutions.
• System Integration: Integrate inventory automation systems with existing ERP and supply chain management software.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current inventory processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and real-time data capture, storage, and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work with IT, procurement, finance and logistics teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new automated systems and processes.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory automation systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Professional Qualification CA/ CMA Qualified or Inter. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an additional qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and automation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and automation tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in inventory management or automation.
• Experience: Experience with advanced data analytics and machine learning for inventory optimization.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in inventory automation.
