Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct financial audits and assess the accuracy of financial statements.

- Manage month-end and year-end financial processes, including preparing financial reports.

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns.

- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

- Monitor and improve internal control processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.

- Provide advice on risk management, cost control, and budget optimization.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: CA qualified

- Experience: 1 to 3 years post-CA qualification

- Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial analysis, and audit procedures

- Proficient in financial reporting and ERP software

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in NBFC or financial service industries is an advantage

- Exposure to management audits is desirable
